Rosalía was forced to cut short her Lux Tour stop in Milan on March 25, canceling the show roughly one hour in after falling ill onstage. The interruption marks the first time in her career that she has halted a performance due to health reasons.
Addressing the crowd directly, Rosalía explained the severity of the situation in real time. “I tried to do this show from the very beginning even though I’ve been sick. I’ve had, like, really severe food poisoning,” she said. Her condition worsened as the performance progressed: “I’ve been throwing up backstage, and I really want to give the best show… I’m extremely sick, and I’m really trying.” Despite attempting to continue, she acknowledged the physical limits she was facing. “I can try to continue, but at some point I might have to stop… I’m in pain.”
The Milan date at the Unipol Forum followed a tightly scheduled run across Europe. Rosalía launched the Lux Tour on March 16 at the LDLC Arena in Lyon, before performing two nights in Paris and a stop in Zurich.
Structured in five acts, the concert blends new material such as “Reliquia,” “Porcelana,” and “Berghain” with defining tracks including “Saoko,” “La Fama,” and “Despechá.” The show’s visual identity leans heavily into theatrical staging, with choreography, orchestral elements, and immersive set design shaping the narrative of the performance. One sequence transforms the stage into a museum-like installation, while another introduces a confessional-style segment centered on “La Perla.” The set typically closes with “Magnolias.”
Momentum around the tour had been strong following its opening night, which also featured the live debut of multiple LUX tracks. Her performance of “Berghain,” including the techno break first previewed at the Brit Awards 2026, had quickly become one of the show’s defining moments.
The tour is scheduled to resume on March 30 at the Movistar Arena, where Rosalía will begin a four-date run in Madrid. No official update has been provided regarding the Milan date or potential rescheduling.
