Fifteen years after its original release, Drake and Nicki Minaj’s early collaboration “Up All Night” has reached a major new milestone. The track has climbed to No. 1 on the US iTunes chart for the first time, marking a rare late-career chart resurgence for a song released in 2010.

Originally featured on Drake’s debut studio album Thank Me Later, “Up All Night” arrived when both artists were on the rise. At the time, Drake was establishing himself as one of hip-hop’s most promising new voices, while Nicki Minaj was emerging as a defining force within Young Money’s growing roster. The song peaked at No. 49 on the Billboard Hot 100 and later earned Platinum certification from the RIAA, driven primarily by digital sales.

The renewed surge highlights the enduring popularity of the Drake–Nicki pairing. While neither artist has released new music connected to the track, fan-driven momentum has pushed the song to the top of iTunes more than a decade later.

For Nicki Minaj, the achievement extends an already historic record. With “Up All Night” reaching No. 1, she now holds 49 chart-topping songs on US iTunes, making her the rapper with the most No. 1 entries in the platform’s history. Notably, Minaj now ties Taylor Swift and Cardi B for the most US iTunes No. 1 songs in 2025, with four each, despite not releasing any new material this year.
