Taylor Swift has made a $1 million donation to Feeding America, reinforcing her long-standing commitment to philanthropy and social impact. The charity confirmed the gift this week, praising the singer for her continued support during one of the most critical times of the year.

We are incredibly grateful for Taylor Swift’s $1 million gift to Feeding America,” said Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, CEO of Feeding America. “This holiday season, her continued support is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we unite to end hunger. When we join together alongside people facing hunger, we can make sure families have a full table this holiday season and beyond.”

This is not the first time Swift has made significant donations. During the Eras Tour, she donated substantial—often undisclosed—amounts to food banks in nearly every tour city, equivalent to hundreds of thousands of meals per location.

Swift’s generosity caps off a landmark year. In October, she released her twelfth studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, through Republic Records. The album, recorded secretly during the European leg of her Eras Tour in Sweden, reunited Swift with producers Max Martin and Shellback. Its lead single, “The Fate of Ophelia,” has dominated global streaming, spending more than 70 days at No. 1 on Spotify and becoming one of the platform’s longest-running chart-toppers.

In parallel, Swift offered fans an unprecedented look into her career with The End of an Era, a six-episode docuseries chronicling the creation and emotional weight of the Eras Tour. The series—whose final episodes premiered on December 23—highlighted both triumphs and challenges.
