TOMORROW X TOGETHER are officially entering a new era, with the K-pop group announcing their ninth mini-album, PERFECT STORM, for November 16. The six-track project follows April’s 7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns and arrives just one day after the group begins its fifth world tour in Seoul.
The comeback was first teased during a surprise Weverse Live appearance featuring Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai. A teaser video shown during the broadcast carried the line, “We need something different from before,” before the group formally revealed the album title and release date the following day.

The title also continues a weather-related thread from TXT’s previous era. 7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns, released in April, incorporated the theme of “wind,” while PERFECT STORM appears to push that imagery into something more powerful and turbulent.
PERFECT STORM will contain six tracks, with additional album details scheduled to be announced through Weverse. Pre-saving on Spotify begins September 28 at 1 p.m. KST, giving fans an early opportunity to follow the rollout ahead of the November release.
The timing is particularly notable because TXT will launch their fifth world tour, TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR ‘STEAL THE WIND’, just three days before the album arrives. The opening three concerts are scheduled for November 13-15 at KSPO Dome in Seoul, meaning the members will perform their first tour shows immediately before unveiling their next mini-album.
The STEAL THE WIND tour was announced August 26 and currently includes dates across Asia, Japan, North America and Europe through June 2027, with additional shows expected. After Seoul, the group will perform two nights in Macau on November 21 and 22 before beginning its Japanese dates in December. The North American leg starts May 4, 2027 in Tacoma, while the European run includes stops in Manchester, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam, Antwerp and Cologne in June.
Commercially, the new era follows another strong Billboard run for TXT. Their latest album, 7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 69,000 equivalent album units, extending the group’s streak to eight top 10 albums. Their 2023 album The Name Chapter: Temptation previously gave TXT their first No. 1 on the chart, while The Star Chapter: Sanctuary reached No. 2.
