Kanye West’s long-awaited new album Bully has been delayed once again. The project, originally expected to arrive this summer before being rescheduled to September 26, will now drop on November 7, according to updated information from West’s camp.

The news marks the latest twist in an already chaotic rollout for Bully, which Kanye first teased earlier this year with a short film and a limited online premiere. The album has sparked major conversation thanks to its experimental use of AI-generated vocal placeholders, politically charged lyrics, and the inclusion of his son, Saint West, in the accompanying visuals.

This repeated delay adds to the mythology surrounding Bully, with fans speculating about ongoing revisions. West previously admitted that the version briefly uploaded to YouTube and premiered on X (formerly Twitter) in March was unfinished, featuring AI demo vocals rather than his own final recordings. He later promised to re-record the full album with live vocals, suggesting that these delays reflect his effort to complete that process.

Bully is being positioned as West’s first major solo release since Vultures 1 and Vultures 2, his collaborative projects with Ty Dolla $ign in 2024. While Vultures 3 remains unreleased, Bully is considered separate from that trilogy, standing as a distinct statement in West’s catalog.
