The 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show brought together four very different performers, with Megan Moroney’s country charm, KATSEYE’s synchronized choreography, Megan Thee Stallion’s commanding rap presence and Tate McRae’s full-scale pop spectacle shaping the night’s musical highlights. Held on October 18 at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California, the show proved that the right performance can be just as memorable as the wings and runway looks surrounding it.

With each artist bringing a distinct personality to the stage, the results varied from charming runway accompaniment to a finale that felt built for a pop superstar. Here’s how the four performances ranked, from good to genuinely unforgettable.

4. Megan Moroney — “6 Months Later,” “Wish I Didn’t” and “Sorry… I Meant Tonight”

Megan Moroney opened the evening’s musical performances with a country-pop set that offered a softer introduction to the Victoria’s Secret spectacle. Performing “6 Months Later,” “Wish I Didn’t” and “Sorry… I Meant Tonight” from her album Cloud 9, she brought a warm vocal delivery to the runway while models presented the show’s latest looks.

Her styling made the performance feel connected to the event’s signature aesthetic. Moroney wore a glittering pink corset, miniskirt and garter, finished with fluffy pink wings that gave her a playful, almost doll-like appearance. The combination of country storytelling and Victoria’s Secret glamour created an unexpected but enjoyable pairing.

The singer’s approachable stage presence was a welcome contrast to the more choreography-heavy performances that followed. Rather than overpowering the runway, her set allowed the models and clothing to remain part of the moment, making her an effective opening act.

Still, the performance felt more like a charming introduction than a defining musical highlight. Moroney delivered the warmth expected from her catalog, but the set did not reach the theatrical heights that would distinguish the night’s strongest performances. She established the mood without quite stealing the spotlight.

3. Megan Thee Stallion — “Her” and “Body”

Megan Thee Stallion brought the evening to a confident, high-energy close, delivering “Her” and “Body” with the sharp flow and unapologetic attitude that have become central to her stage identity. Her appearance provided a dose of hip-hop swagger, giving the show a more aggressive edge after the preceding pop and country performances.

The visual presentation matched her music. Megan wore silver wings with a lacy bra top, black thong and sparkly stockings, leaning into the show’s combination of lingerie, elaborate styling and larger-than-life performance. She looked comfortable commanding the stage, and her delivery gave the finale a sense of attitude rather than simply serving as background music for the runway.

“Body” was a particularly fitting choice for an event built around confidence, movement and fashion. Its title and energy aligned naturally with the show’s visual identity.

However, the two-song set left limited room for the kind of progression that could have turned the appearance into a more complete performance. Megan supplied the energy and personality, but the overall impact was less cohesive than the night’s most compelling set.

2. KATSEYE — “PINKY UP” and “Animal”

KATSEYE made one of the evening’s most natural connections between fashion and performance. Appearing during the PINK segment, the group delivered “PINKY UP” in coordinated mini skirts and corsets, with synchronized choreography and group vocals that suited the youthful, playful atmosphere of the runway.

The members understood the assignment without making the performance feel like a costume exercise. Their styling complemented the surrounding fashion, while the choreography gave the segment a distinct identity beyond the models walking past the audience. At several moments, the group looked as though they could have stepped directly off the runway themselves.

KATSEYE’s greatest strength was its collective presence. The members moved with the precision of a group accustomed to performing demanding choreography, creating a visual rhythm that worked especially well within the show’s fast-paced production.

The set felt particularly well suited to the PINK segment, where bright styling and youthful energy were central to the presentation. Rather than competing with the runway, KATSEYE became part of its visual language.

After “PINKY UP,” Daniela, Lara, Megan and Yoonchae closed the set with “Animal.” It was polished, energetic and visually cohesive, earning its place among the night’s standout appearances.

1. Tate McRae — “Housewife,” “Dear God,” “Sports Car” and “Nobody’s Girl”

Tate McRae completely owned the stage, delivering the kind of performance that makes the distinction between pop star and runway attraction almost disappear. Combining choreography, vocals and a striking visual concept, she turned her appearance into the evening’s defining musical moment.

Her set included the first live performance of “Housewife,” alongside “Dear God” and “Sports Car,” before closing with a medley featuring “Nobody’s Girl.” Dressed in hot red lingerie with a matching corset, garters and red heels, McRae committed fully to the show’s sensual aesthetic. Even her microphone matched the look.

During “Housewife,” she walked the runway alongside Gigi Hadid. The moment allowed Tate to demonstrate her stage presence while participating in the catwalk itself, rather than simply performing beside it.

Yet the closing stretch was the real triumph. As “Sports Car” played, McRae appeared in large red wings, bringing a fiery finish to a set built around movement, confidence and controlled spectacle. Her choreography was sharp without overwhelming her vocals, and her performance carried the kind of star power that made the production feel designed around her.

Tate McRae is exactly the pop star she thinks she is, and this performance made that case convincingly.
