On Tuesday, Cardi B updated fans on her return to the stage. The Am I The Drama? rapper shared a short clip on her Instagram Story, showing the first day of rehearsals for her upcoming Little Miss Drama Tour.
In the video, Cardi is seen in a rehearsal studio practicing choreography with a group of backup dancers. She appears focused as she works through the routine. Over the clip, she added the caption, “I ain’t do so bad first day of rehearsal… I’m finding the pocket,” suggesting she feels confident about her progress and is starting to lock into the rhythm.
The rehearsals mark preparations for Cardi’s first-ever headlining arena tour, which supports her 2025 album Am I The Drama?. The Little Miss Drama Tour kicks off on February 11 in Palm Desert, California, and will run through April.
Cardi made her long-awaited return to the stage last December when she headlined Soundstorm Festival 2025, offering fans a preview of what to expect from the tour. During the set, she performed new material from Am I The Drama? alongside career-defining hits like “I Like It” and “Bodak Yellow.” Ahead of the performance, she also joked that “stress” was the secret behind her post-pregnancy physique following the birth of her child in November.
Am I The Drama? proved to be a commercial triumph upon release. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 200,000 equivalent units and went on to spend a record-breaking eight consecutive weeks in the top 10, becoming the female rap album with the most weeks in the top 10 this decade. The project has since earned a 3× Platinum certification in the United States, making it the highest-certified album by a female rapper of the 2020s, with over three million units sold.
