Doja Cat is making her wishes known, and she’s doing it in the most Doja Cat way possible.
On June 3, the rapper and singer took to X (formerly Twitter) to publicly ask owner Elon Musk to bring back the platform’s discontinued audio post feature, pairing her request with a series of characteristically unfiltered insults that quickly went viral across social media.
“hey elon if u see this please put the audio post feature back on here. Thanks, u frog build looking bitch. Barrel chested ewok u look like u eat sand,” Doja wrote in her first post.
Hours later, she doubled down with an even more colorful follow-up directed at Musk.
“@elonmusk put the audio post feature back on this app. Thanks, you hairless no-neck havin, chimpanzee. Face look like it was drawn from memory. When u swim on ur back at the beach shit look like a man o’ war. Hourglass ankles. Not tryna be mean though sorry.”
The posts immediately gained traction among fans, many of whom found humor in the contrast between Doja’s straightforward request and the barrage of creative insults attached to it.
The feature was originally introduced as Voice Tweets and gave users another way to communicate beyond text, photos, and videos. Although it attracted a dedicated user base, the tool quietly disappeared around early 2025 as X underwent a series of product changes under Musk’s leadership.
