Kanye West’s highly anticipated album Bully has officially been delayed—again. Originally expected to drop this summer, the rapper has now confirmed a new release date: September 26.
The project, which Kanye first teased earlier this year with a limited visual release on X (formerly Twitter), has stirred major buzz and controversy. From its provocative short film starring his son Saint West to its AI-generated vocals and politically charged lyrics, Bully is already shaping up to be one of Ye’s most talked-about albums in years—even before its wide release.

Bully marks Kanye’s first full-length album since Vultures 1 and Vultures 2, his joint efforts with Ty Dolla $ign released in 2024. While Vultures 3 has yet to materialize, Bully is being positioned as a standalone project, separate from the Vultures trilogy.
Although the album was briefly uploaded to YouTube and premiered on X in March, it was never officially released on major streaming platforms like Spotify or Apple Music. Kanye later revealed that much of the version shared online featured AI-generated vocal placeholders—and that he intended to re-record the album with his own voice before the full release. Fans will now have to wait until September 26 to hear the completed version.
