The BULLY era began earlier this year with a cryptic short film and a limited online premiere that immediately reignited public fascination with West’s creative process. The album has been described as a fusion of experimental hip-hop, gospel, and industrial influences, with early versions featuring politically charged lyrics and AI-generated demo vocals.

BULLY is expected to serve as Ye’s first major solo body of work since Vultures 1 and Vultures 2, his 2024 collaborative albums with Ty Dolla $ign.
