The comments mark her first update on the projects since July, when she revealed that what fans had expected to be a single-album release had expanded into two separate records. The first, Stove, will be accompanied by a second project believed to be titled Spyda, based on artwork shared by the singer on Instagram.
In her earlier announcement, Lana Del Rey explained that she needed approximately one more month to finish assembling the companion album before sending both projects to vinyl production. She described Stove as “lovely” and “intact,” suggesting that the original vision for the record had survived its lengthy development. Several songs from the project have already been performed live, although some remain officially unreleased.
The second album developed more gradually over the past four years. While Stove reflects growth, happiness and creative fulfillment, the companion project explores uncertainty, patience and the unexpected experiences that unfolded while the first record was taking shape. Del Rey described the two collections as among the most meaningful bodies of work she has created.
Lana Del Rey delivered the update while headlining the Padang Stage at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, closing out the Singapore Grand Prix’s music programme. The October 11 appearance was her first full concert in Singapore, following a private promotional showcase for Mulberry in 2012.
Her career-spanning set included fan favorites such as “Video Games,” “Young and Beautiful,” “Born to Die” and “Summertime Sadness,” alongside newer material. She also performed “White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter” live for the first time, extending the song with an a cappella outro. The track is part of the Stove campaign, alongside “Henry, Come On” and “Bluebird.”
