Originally announced on October 30, 2025, Lily Allen: Performs West End Girl began as a theatre-focused concept built around a chronological live presentation of her fifth studio album. By November, demand prompted the addition of arena shows. The trek officially kicked off in March 2026 and is scheduled to run through November, marking her first headlining tour since 2018’s No Shame Tour.

The album itself has reinforced that resurgence. West End Girl earned a nomination for British Album of the Year at the Brit Awards and peaked at No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart, later receiving Silver certification for 60,000 units. Its lead single “Madeline” reached the UK top 20, while “Pussy Palace” climbed to No. 8, becoming Allen’s first top 10 entry in over a decade.
