Niall Horan has officially announced his fourth studio album, Dinner Party, set for release on June 5, with the lead single “Dinner Party” arriving this Friday, March 20. The track introduces a project rooted in a pivotal personal experience that, according to Horan, shaped the entire record’s creative direction. The new album will feature 12 tracks: “Tastes So Good,” “Dinner Party,” “Monochromatic,” “She Gets It from Her Mother,” “Better Man,” “Little More Time,” “Flowers,” “Boys Are Fun,” “Fighting Over Nothing,” “Pretty,” “Die If I Don’t,” “End of an Era.”
In a statement shared with fans, Horan described the song as inspired by “a really happy and big moment” in his life, centered around a single evening that shifted his trajectory. He explained that the phrase “dinner party” became the “nucleus” of the album, anchoring its themes and emotional tone.
The rollout follows weeks of subtle hints. In February 2026, the former One Direction member confirmed the album was finished, posting “Album is DONE” on Instagram, signaling the end of a recording process that largely took place out of the public eye.
This marks his first full-length release since 2023’s The Show, a project that elevated both his commercial standing and sonic identity. The album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 while reaching No. 1 in Ireland and the United Kingdom, powered by singles including “Heaven” and “Meltdown.” It also topped the Top Album Sales and Vinyl Albums charts in the United States during its opening week.
A deluxe edition, The Show: The Encore, extended the album’s lifecycle later that year, while a 50-date global tour across Europe, Oceania, and North America reinforced its success through strong ticket demand and added dates.
Since then, Horan has maintained a relatively low profile. In March 2025, he revisited Heartbreak Weather with a fifth-anniversary reissue, adding eight bonus tracks and alternate versions.
More recently, he appeared on “Drive Safe” by Myles Smith.
