Niall Horan has secured a decisive win with “Dinner Party,” as fans overwhelmingly crowned the track Best New Release of the Week in a poll conducted by InMusic on X. The single earned 82% of the vote, outperforming high-profile releases from BTS, RAYE, and FLO.
The results reflect a clear preference for Horan’s return, which marks his first release since 2023’s The Show. “Dinner Party” serves as the lead single and title track from his upcoming fourth studio album, due June 5, 2026. Built around an upbeat, optimistic pop sound, the song draws from a real-life encounter that sparked a meaningful connection.
Trailing behind, BTS’ ARIRANG secured 8% of the vote, matching the total for “Click Clack Symphony” by RAYE featuring Hans Zimmer. The remaining 2% went to “Leak It” by FLO. Despite the relatively tight split between the runner-ups, the gap between first and second place underscores the scale of Horan’s dominance in this cycle.
Each competing release arrived with significant context. BTS’ fifth studio album ARIRANG, released March 20 via Big Hit Music, marked the group’s first full-length project following their military hiatus. Featuring 14 tracks and led by “Swim,” the album incorporates contributions from producers including Ryan Tedder and Pdogg, while collaborators such as Diplo, Kevin Parker, and Mike WiLL Made-It broaden its sonic scope. The LP debuted with massive streaming figures (110M on Spotify), with all 14 tracks debuting in the top 14 on the Daily Global Spotify Chart.
On the same day, RAYE introduced “Click Clack Symphony,” a genre-blurring single from her upcoming album This Music May Contain Hope, set for March 27. The track pairs her rapid-fire vocal delivery with orchestral arrangements by Zimmer. Meanwhile, FLO continued their ascent with “Leak It,” a polished R&B cut released via Island Records that quickly generated strong streaming numbers and viral traction through its choreography.
