Niall Horan officially launched his Dinner Party Live On Tour on September 22 at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena, opening a 55-date international run built around his fourth solo album, Dinner Party. The opening night brought the new record to the stage for the first time while weaving Horan’s solo hits and a One Direction favorite into a set designed to span his career.
Niall Horan described the return as something that had “been a long time coming.” London-based singer flowerovlove opened the night before Horan took the stage at the 15,800-capacity arena, where he last performed in the city in February 2024 during The Show: Live on Tour.

The Birmingham concert marked the beginning of a run that will travel through Europe, Australia and North America before concluding May 29, 2027, in Vancouver. UK and European dates were announced March 25, shortly after the Dinner Party title track was released, while North American arena dates followed in May. The Australian leg is scheduled for February 2027, with Jude York serving as support on those shows.
Dinner Party provides the foundation for the new tour. Released June 5, 2026, through Capitol, Niall Horan’s fourth solo album topped the charts in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. The project was written with live performance in mind, with Niall Horan drawing from a more intimate approach to songwriting while moving between the yacht-rock energy of “Boys Are Fun” and the quieter Celtic influence of “Die If I Don’t.”
The album’s concept also comes from a personal place. Horan has explained that the title track was inspired by meeting his girlfriend, Amelia Woolley, at a friend’s dinner gathering, with that evening becoming the starting point for a collection centered on love, stability and growing into a new stage of life. Longtime collaborators Julian Bunetta and John Ryan worked on much of the album alongside Afterhrs and Matt Zara.
Birmingham’s setlist opened with “Tastes So Good,” immediately placing Dinner Party at the center of the show before Horan moved into earlier material with “Heartbreak Weather,” “Pretty” and “If You Leave Me.”
One of the night’s most emotional moments came during “End of an Era,” when Niall Horan played a clip of Liam Payne speaking about remembering where you came from and what you have achieved.
That moment led into a One Direction callback with “Steal My Girl,” a song Horan has recently performed in full on his own after previously saying he felt the track never received the moment it deserved. The final stretch then returned to his solo catalog with “Little More Time,” “Monochromatic,” “Save My Life,” “Better Man,” “Slow Hands” and “Heaven.”
