Primavera Sound Barcelona is marking its 25th anniversary with a first wave of artists that already makes the 2027 edition one of Europe’s most anticipated festival bookings. Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers, Fontaines D.C., Hayley Williams, FKA twigs, Robyn, ADÉLA and Caroline Polachek are among the first names announced for the festival’s return to Parc del Fòrum from June 2–6, 2027.
The first announcement, unveiled October 5, also includes Massive Attack, Turnstile, The Chemical Brothers, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Pavement and a Skrillex b2b Ninajirachi set. Together, the names point toward the multi-genre programming that has defined Primavera Sound, moving between hip-hop, indie, alternative, electronic music and experimental pop rather than building the anniversary around one dominant sound.

Doechii arrives at the festival following one of the strongest breakthroughs in rap. Her Grammy-winning Alligator Bites Never Heal established her as one of the genre’s most distinctive new voices, while new music and her long-awaited debut studio album continue to generate anticipation.
Phoebe Bridgers will bring her first new solo era to Barcelona following the August 2026 release of Lost Weekend, her first solo album since 2020’s Punisher. The record marked a major return after years of Boygenius activity and other collaborations, with Bridgers now taking the project to arenas on a phones-free tour.
Fontaines D.C. are also heading into 2027 with a new album cycle. Dopamine Chamber arrives October 16, through XL, with “Marianne” and “Tongue” previewing the fifth studio album, which features Rosalía.
Hayley Williams brings her solo show to the bill while Paramore remains on hiatus. Her current touring campaign, The Hayley Williams Show, follows Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party and gives the singer another opportunity to explore material outside the band’s catalog.
FKA twigs, meanwhile, continues building on the world established by her EUSEXUA era, while Robyn will arrive with Sexistential, her ninth studio album and first in eight years, which was released in March 2026. ADÉLA represents one of the festival’s newer breakout names, following the September release of her debut album PRIMA and the success of “Ain’t in LA” and “Nicole Kidman.”
The anniversary edition will run across five days, with the main festival programming scheduled for June 3–5. June 2 will serve as a free opening day, while June 6 closes the celebration with Primavera Bits, featuring electronic heavyweights including Richie Hawtin, Four Tet and Dixon.
Fans can register for the festival’s Fan Sale through Oct. 7 at 11:59 p.m. CEST, with the sale beginning Oct. 8 at 11 a.m. CEST and running for 24 hours or while tickets last.
