Sabrina Carpenter has secured another career milestone as her new album Man’s Best Friend storms to No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart with 85,500 units sold in its first week. The release not only marks her second chart-topping album in the UK but also sets a new record: the fastest-selling album by an international artist in the UK this year.

The achievement solidifies Sabrina’s chart impact in the UK. In 2024, Short n’ Sweet also debuted at No. 1 and carried its success into 2025. In fact, in a July report, the Official Charts Company revealed that Short n’ Sweet was the best-selling (348,000) and most-streamed album in the country in 2025 so far, with figures boosted by the release of a deluxe edition.

With Man’s Best Friend, Sabrina Carpenter not only secured an impressive opening week on the albums chart, but she also currently has three tracks from the album in the UK Top 10 simultaneously. “Tears” enters at No. 3, while lead single “Manchild” holds strong at No. 4. Rounding out her dominance, “My Man on Willpower” lands at No. 7, giving her her eighth Top 10 hit on the chart.
