Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” holds at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for a second consecutive week, extending the pop superstar’s record-breaking run following its debut at the summit. Meanwhile, Drake and Don Toliver score a top-five debut with “Solar Eclipse,” while ADÉLA earns her first career top 10 as “Nicole Kidman” climbs to No. 9.

“Patient Zero” arrived at No. 1 last week following the September 25 release of The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, the deluxe edition of Swift’s 2025 album. The track became her 16th Hot 100 leader and her 10th song to debut at No. 1, tying Drake for the most opening-week chart-toppers in the chart’s history.

The song is one of four new tracks included on The Encore, which made an immediate impact on the Hot 100 last week. “Cleveland!” debuted at No. 3, “Babylon” at No. 4 and “Pink Clouding” at No. 5 alongside “Patient Zero.” The deluxe release also spent a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making Taylor Swift the first soloist to reach 100 weeks at No. 1.

Drake also makes a major move this week as “Solar Eclipse,” his collaboration with Don Toliver, debuts at No. 5. The track is one of four songs added to the October 2 reissue of HABIBTI, Drake’s album originally released in May. The debut gives Drake his record-extending 91st Hot 100 top 10, moving him further ahead of Swift’s 74. For Toliver, the song marks his second top 10 appearance and his first in a lead role.

ADÉLA rounds out the week’s biggest milestones. Her single “Nicole Kidman” rises three places to No. 9, giving the Slovak singer-songwriter her first Hot 100 top 10.
