YoungBoy Never Broke Again is keeping his momentum strong. The Louisiana rapper has officially announced his next album, Slime Cry, set to be released on November 28. The project arrives just four months after his latest record, MASA (Make America Slime Again), which dropped in July.
The announcement comes amid YoungBoy’s busiest stretch since regaining full freedom earlier this year. His creative pace hasn’t slowed down since his release from house arrest in April and the presidential pardon that followed in May. Slime Cry will serve as his ninth studio album, continuing his prolific run under Never Broke Again and Motown Records.

While details on the tracklist and collaborators remain under wraps, fans expect Slime Cry to expand on the sonic energy of MASA. The LP featured Playboi Carti and Mellow Rackz, debuting at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with over 69 million streams in its first week. It marked YoungBoy’s 16th Top 10 album, placing him alongside rap heavyweights like Jay-Z and Nas.
Notably, Slime Cry will be released just two weeks after the conclusion of his MASA Tour, which features 45 shows in North America.
