Zara Larsson has named ADÉLA as an artist she would love to collaborate with, suggesting a potential meeting of two pop stars enjoying major career moments in 2026. During a recent soundcheck Q&A with fans, the Swedish singer said she would prefer a project with a positive message, describing the kind of collaboration she has in mind as “community-based” and “uplifting.”

“I’d love to do something community-based, uplifting. Something for good. If it was a new artist, I’d probably want ADÉLA,” Larsson told fans, putting the Slovak singer on her wish list for a future musical partnership.

Zara Larsson’s remarks arrive during a busy stretch for the singer, who released the music video for “Blue Moon” on October 15. Directed by Charlotte Rutherford, the colorful visual draws inspiration from an unexpected pop-culture reference: Beyoncé’s Japanese Crystal Geyser mineral water commercial from 2008–2009.

The track is featured on Larsson’s fifth studio album, Midnight Sun, released in 2025, and she has described “Blue Moon” as the sister song to the title track. An alternate version featuring Kehlani appeared on Midnight Sun: Girls Trip in 2026.

ADÉLA, meanwhile, has transformed an early setback into one of the year’s most striking pop breakthroughs. The 22-year-old singer-songwriter, she first attracted attention through the competition that led to KATSEYE’s formation, although she did not make the final lineup. Since signing with Capitol Records, she has released the EP The Provocateur, opened for Demi Lovato on the It’s Not That Deep Tour and delivered a high-profile performance at Lollapalooza in August.

Her debut album, PRIMA, arrived on September 4 and opened at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 with 56,000 equivalent album units. Strong physical sales also sent the record to No. 1 on both the Top Album Sales and Vinyl Albums charts. On the Billboard Hot 100, “Ain’t in LA” became the first chart entry by a Slovak artist, peaking at No. 27, before “Nicole Kidman” reached No. 9 and gave ADÉLA her first Top 10 hit.

The singer is currently touring behind PRIMA on her Red Bottoms Tour, following sold-out North American dates and two Mexico City shows at Foro Puebla on October 15 and 16.
