Taylor Swift fans have a limited window to relive one of the singer’s most beloved eras. To celebrate the sixth anniversary of folklore, Taylor Swift has restocked every folklore cardigan design for just 24 hours, or while supplies last.

Announcing the surprise drop on social media, Taylor Nation wrote: “time, mystical time. somehow it’s already folklore’s birthday. run like water to store.taylorswift.com to shop all cardigans available for 24 hours or while supplies last.” The collection is available through Taylor Swift’s official online store and includes multiple cardigan versions released throughout the folklore era.

Originally surprise-released on July 24, 2020, folklore arrived during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and immediately became a defining cultural moment. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, spent eight weeks atop the chart, and later earned Album of the Year at the 63rd Grammy Awards, making Swift the first woman to win the category three times.

The cardigan quickly became the visual signature of the era. Inspired by the lead single “cardigan,” the original design featured a soft cream cable-knit sweater with black trim, embroidered star patches on each sleeve, and a folklore album patch near the hem—the same piece Swift wore throughout the song’s promotional campaign. Since then, several alternate colorways and patch variations have been released, each becoming highly sought-after collector’s items among Swifties.

The anniversary restock marks one of the rare occasions where fans can purchase every version in one place. Because the collection is only available for 24 hours or until inventory sells out, demand is expected to be particularly strong, especially given the resale prices previous editions have commanded online.
