Future is offering fans another glimpse into The Real Me before the album arrives. Ahead of the project’s July 10 release, the Atlanta rapper shared a new teaser centered not on music, but on personal growth, reflecting on success, discipline, and the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people.
Instead of previewing another song, the clip focuses on spoken words that appear to set the tone for what Future wants to communicate throughout the album.
In the teaser, he says:
“I gotta know how to be successful as a man. You done came from the ghetto. The way you maneuvering don’t go with the money that you making.”
He continues by emphasizing the value of guidance and self-reflection:
“You supposed to have somebody every day that you mediating with about how to move in life.”
The Real Me was officially announced in late June, when Future confirmed that the record would arrive on July 10, 2026. The rollout began with lead single “Radio,” accompanied by a music video, signaling his first solo album campaign since I Never Liked You in 2022.
That previous studio album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 222,000 equivalent album units in its opening week. Since then, he has largely focused on collaborative projects, including the back-to-back No. 1 albums We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You with Metro Boomin in 2024.
