Kanye West (aka Ye) closed out his two-night return to the U.S. stage with a second spectacle at SoFi Stadium on April 3. Livestreamed globally on YouTube, the show expanded on opening night’s production while adding new surprises and high-profile guest appearances.
The performance marked Ye’s first headlined American concerts in nearly five years, following the April 1 kickoff of YE – Live in Los Angeles. At the center of both shows stood a massive rotating Earth structure, a visual centerpiece that framed the set with a cinematic, almost dystopian tone. Projections mapped across a dome-like installation surrounding the stage, creating an immersive environment that evolved in sync with the music.
Night two leaned further into unpredictability. Midway through the set, Ye brought out Travis Scott, who performed the global hit “Fe!n,” before later welcoming Lauryn Hill for a surprise appearance that bridged eras of hip-hop.
The setlist reflected that balance. Material from BULLY, released March 28, was woven throughout the performance alongside catalog staples. The album’s rollout had already generated momentum, debuting with 33.2 million first-day Spotify streams despite a delayed arrival on major platforms that cut into its tracking window. Early projections place the record within the top two of the Billboard 200.
