Kendrick Lamar’s Grand National Tour has officially become the highest-grossing tour by a rapper in history, generating $390.7 million from 47 shows and selling 2.037 million tickets worldwide. The updated figures, reported by Touring Data, add the tour’s Australian and Latin American dates to the totals previously reported for its North American and European run with SZA.
The new numbers also give Lamar the highest-grossing touring year by a rapper, with $390.7 million earned across the 2025 calendar year. The final stretch of the tour took place between September and December 2025, with Lamar performing as a solo headliner after completing the North American and European portions alongside SZA.

When the Grand National Tour was first reported at $332.1 million from more than 1.5 million tickets, it had already established itself as the highest-grossing hip-hop tour in history. The revised total pushes the run substantially higher, adding more than $58 million in revenue and roughly half a million tickets to the previously reported figures.
The tour launched April 19, 2025, in Minneapolis in support of Lamar’s sixth studio album, GNX. For its opening legs, SZA joined him as co-headliner, making the stadium-scale run a major event for two of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B.
Across the tour, Kendrick Lamar and SZA built the show around their shared catalog, including collaborations such as “All the Stars,” “Doves in the Wind,” “30 for 30” and “Luther.” Surprise guests further expanded the spectacle, with Doja Cat, Justin Bieber, Lizzo, Playboi Carti and Baby Keem among the artists appearing during different stops.
The supporting lineup also changed across the tour, with DJ Mustard, Doechii and Argentina’s CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso serving as openers on different legs. By the time Lamar took the stage alone in Australia and Latin America, the tour had already established its record-breaking pace across North America and Europe.
The Grand National Tour’s commercial impact extended beyond ticket sales. Following its launch, GNX and SZA’s SOS simultaneously climbed to No. 1 and No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
One of the tour’s biggest individual performances came in Seattle, where Lamar generated $14.8 million from more than 60,000 tickets, setting a record for the highest-grossing hip-hop concert at the time. That figure now sits within a much larger global total that places the entire Grand National Tour firmly in the history books.
