NBA YoungBoy is keeping his prolific release streak alive. The rapper has officially announced More Leaks 2, a surprise project scheduled to arrive this Friday, June 26, giving fans a follow-up to one of his most acclaimed releases of 2025.
The announcement came through a 20-second teaser featuring black-and-white performance footage, crowd shots, and neon-green visuals spelling out “ML2,” “YoungBoy Never Broke Again,” and the June 26 release date.
More Leaks 2 serves as the sequel to 2025’s More Leaks, a compilation project that arrived during a pivotal moment in YoungBoy’s career. Released on March 7, 2025, the original collection became the final project issued before his release from prison later that month. The album featured no guest appearances and included production from longtime collaborator Cheese alongside contributors such as Bnyx, F1lthy, Harry Fraud, and London on da Track. It peaked at No. 29 on the Billboard 200 and helped bridge the gap between major studio releases.
Since then, YoungBoy has remained remarkably productive. Just months after More Leaks, he returned with MASA (Make America Slime Again), his eighth studio album. Released on July 25, 2025, the project debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with 49,000 equivalent album units earned during its opening week. The album featured appearances from Playboi Carti and Mellow Rackz and further reinforced YoungBoy’s ability to maintain commercial momentum despite an already extensive catalog.
His run continued into 2026 with Slime Cry, released on January 16. The album debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with 70,000 equivalent album units and became YoungBoy’s seventeenth top-10 project on the chart. That achievement tied him with Drake for the second-most top-10 albums among rappers while making him the fastest artist to reach the milestone.
Little else has been revealed about More Leaks 2 so far. No tracklist, cover art details, or guest features have been announced, leaving fans speculating about whether the mixtape will continue the leak-inspired concept of its predecessor or introduce entirely new material.
