When Does Qrömelife Come Out?
Qrömelife arrives on October 2, 2026, making it Quavo’s first solo album in three years. The rapper began teasing the project well before the official rollout, writing on X on July 3, “Can’t wait to drop this Album I swear yall need it!!!”
The campaign accelerated in September. Quavo revealed the full 14-song tracklist on September 25 and opened pre-orders at the same time, followed by a Los Angeles listening event over the September 26–27 weekend. The event gave fans an early look at several collaborations, including “Away” with Offset and “House Music” with Justin Timberlake.
What Is Qrömelife About?
The emotional foundation of Qrömelife comes from a difficult period in Quavo’s life. He has said that he and Pharrell made the album in 2025 while he was still dealing with the grief surrounding the death of his nephew and Migos groupmate Takeoff, who was killed in Houston on November 1, 2022.
Quavo has framed the project around moving through difficult moments with faith, family and music. That perspective gives the album a different context from a conventional rap release built primarily around flexes, guest appearances and singles.
Fatherhood also became part of the story surrounding the album. A short film released alongside the project revealed that Quavo had become a father to a daughter, while he told Complex that becoming a parent gave him a new sense of motivation.
The result is an album arriving at the intersection of grief, family, personal growth and Quavo’s continuing relationship with hip-hop.
Who Produced Qrömelife?
Pharrell Williams produced the entire album, making Qrömelife a particularly focused entry in Quavo’s catalog. The two worked together on the project in 2025, with Pharrell also appearing as a featured artist.
Their partnership gives the album a consistent creative identity across all 14 tracks. Rather than jumping between a long list of producers, Quavo and Pharrell built the project around one central studio relationship.
The pairing also connects Qrömelife to Pharrell’s broader work across hip-hop, pop and fashion. “HAAVIN” was previously used in connection with Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton work, while “House Music” with Justin Timberlake was previewed during Quavo’s Los Angeles listening event.

Quavo and Offset Reunite
The return of Quavo and Offset on Qrömelife carries significance beyond a single guest verse. The Migos Instagram account, which had been dormant for two years, was reactivated in May 2026 with photos of the two rappers together in a recording studio.
Quavo later told DJ Greg Street of V-103 in September that Migos would return with a tour and a new album. He subsequently described the planned project as a final Migos album with Offset that would include posthumous vocals from Takeoff.
