Taylor Swift remains unstoppable on Spotify. The pop superstar’s twelfth studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, continues to dominate global streaming platforms for a second consecutive week.
After debuting with nearly 900 million streams in its opening week — the second largest debut in Spotify history — the album maintains its momentum, remaining the most streamed album worldwide this week. The album’s lead single, “The Fate of Ophelia,” continues its global dominance, holding the No. 1 spot on Spotify’s weekly song chart. The track added another 86 million streams in its second week, following its massive 128 million debut.
Remarkably, every track from The Life of a Showgirl remains in Spotify’s Top 20, Despite some natural dips in position, the album’s overall chart stability speaks to its widespread popularity and high replay value.
Outside of Swift’s dominance, other songs made notable moves this week. HUNTR/X saw their viral hit “Golden” rebound into the Top 3, climbing ten spots. Meanwhile, Sombr’s “Back To Friends” and Olivia Dean’s “Man I Need” both re-entered the Top 10.
The week’s highest new entry belongs to Jisoo (of BLACKPINK) and Zayn Malik, whose new collaboration “Eyes Closed” debuted at No. 28 with 18.4 million streams.
