Drake has reached another historic milestone, officially becoming the first artist ever to surpass 125 billion streams on Spotify across all credits. The achievement further cements the Toronto rapper’s position as the most dominant streaming-era artist, with a catalog that continues to deliver unprecedented longevity and scale.
According to platform data, 85.4 billion of Drake’s total streams come from lead credits, while an additional 39.5 billion arrive through featured appearances.
Several of Drake’s biggest records continue to drive his streaming dominance. “One Dance” remains his most-streamed song on Spotify with 3.9 billion plays, followed by “God’s Plan” at 2.9 billion and “Passionfruit” at 2 billion. The rapper now boasts 25 songs that have crossed the one-billion-stream threshold, a benchmark that reflects both hitmaking power and deep catalog engagement. Recently, “Headlines” joined that elite group.
Albums play an equally critical role in the record. Projects like Views and Scorpion rank among the most-streamed rap albums in Spotify history, each surpassing 11 billion streams. As anticipation builds for his upcoming album Iceman, expectations remain high for another major streaming chapter.
The Spotify milestone arrives alongside another wave of industry recognition. Recently, Drake received six new Diamond certifications from the RIAA, including for “Nice For What,” “The Motto,” “Passionfruit,” “Nonstop,” and “Headlines.” His 2011 album Take Care also achieved Diamond status, extending his record as the artist with the most Diamond-certified singles in RIAA history.
