Dove Cameron has finally released her highly-anticipated debut studio album, “Alchemical: Vol. 1.” As the album’s title suggests, this is only the first volume of a two-part LP. Dove worked intensively on the creation of this album, and in an earlier interview with Variety in July, she revealed that she had penned around 60 songs for the album and expressed her desire to include as many of them as possible. This vision eventually led her to divide the album into two parts.
In a recent interview with Teen Vogue, the 27-year-old singer shared that the first part of the album deeply explores the loss of a “significant relationship” in her life.
