Charli xcx turned the Kia Forum into a pop star gathering on October 17, bringing out Chappell Roan and PinkPantheress for surprise performances during the first of two Los Angeles-area shows on her Music, Fashion, Film Tour. The night also featured The Dare, making the Inglewood concert one of the tour’s most memorable stops yet.

The British singer kicked off the show with “Rock Music,” the lead track from her eighth studio album, Music, Fashion, Film, before working through a set that balanced the record’s distorted guitars and experimental electronic production with appearances from some of pop’s most distinctive current voices. Roan was the first major surprise, joining Charli for “Boom Clap.”

PinkPantheress appeared later in the show to perform “Stateside,” giving the British artist a spotlight in front of the packed arena. The surprise guests were not the only highlight: The Dare also joined Charli for “Guess,” the track originally released with Billie Eilish, as cannons fired pairs of underwear into the audience in a playful nod to the song’s provocative theme.

The concert formed part of Charli’s North American arena run, which began on September 11 in Philadelphia, with Underscores supporting across the U.S. and Canada dates. Following the second Kia Forum show on October 18, the tour is scheduled to continue in Glendale, Arizona, before wrapping its North American leg at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on October 23. Charli will then take a break before the UK and European leg begins in 2027, with Audrey Hobert set to open and dates planned for Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, London, Amsterdam and Paris.

The tour supports Music, Fashion, Film, released July 24. The album follows the cultural impact of 2024’s Brat and Charli’s February 2026 Wuthering Heights soundtrack, shifting toward more prominent rock textures without abandoning her sharp hooks and experimental instincts. It debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 78,000 equivalent album units, including 57,000 pure sales, marking her biggest opening week in the United States and her fourth career Top 10. The release also debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart.
