Chloe Bailey, simply known as Chlöe, has surprised fans by announcing her sophomore album, “Trouble In Paradise.” This highly anticipated LP follows her 2023 debut solo album “In Pieces.” From the release date to featured artists, here’s everything you need to know about Chlöe’s new album.

Release Date

Chlöe first teased her sophomore album during her Coachella set in April. Earlier this week, she confirmed that an announcement was imminent. True to her word, on August 5th, she revealed, “A storm is coming, TROUBLE IN PARADISE 8/9,” sending fans into a frenzy with the unexpected near release. The former Chloe x Halle member also shared the cover art, featuring herself immersed in the sea, wearing a striking yellow dress that contrasts with the electric blue waves.

Tracklist & Collaborations

Fans quickly learned about the tracklist for “Trouble In Paradise,” which includes sixteen tracks, two more than her debut album. The album features collaborations with several R&B stars: Ty Dolla $ign on “Might as Well,” Anderson .Paak on “Favorite,” YG Marley on “Never Let You Go,” and Jeremih on “Shake.” Notably, the tenth track, “Want Me,” features her sister Halle, marking their first collaboration since 2021. Two singles, “FYS” and “Boy Bye,” have already been released, giving fans a taste of what’s to come.
