Gracie Abrams is expanding the Daughter from Hell era. Just days after unveiling the full tracklist for her upcoming third studio album, the singer-songwriter has announced a new song titled “Look at My Life,” set to arrive on June 25.
The announcement came through social media alongside a direct pre-save link confirming the release date and time. According to the page, “Look at My Life” will be available everywhere on Thursday, June 25, at 5 p.m. PT.
Abrams also shared an 11-second teaser clip that immediately fueled speculation among fans. The video shows the singer sprinting across a vast plowed field while text appears on screen reading “June 25,” “Look at My Life,” and “Daughter from Hell.”
The new release arrives less than a week after Abrams completed the gradual reveal of Daughter from Hell’s 16-song tracklist. Rather than unveiling the project all at once, she spent several days revealing titles through merchandise drops, streaming platform updates, and cryptic social media clues, keeping fans engaged throughout the campaign.
Daughter from Hell follows The Secret of Us, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 in 2024 and delivered career-defining hits including “Risk,” “Close to You,” and “I Love You, I’m Sorry.”
The upcoming record also continues her longstanding creative partnership with Aaron Dessner. The National musician and producer once again played a major role in the writing and production process, helping shape the introspective sound that has become a hallmark of Abrams’ catalog.
Earlier this year, Abrams launched the new era with lead single “Hit the Wall.” Released on May 14, the track explored themes of burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the pressures that come with constant movement.
Beyond the album itself, Abrams is preparing for a massive global run. The recently announced Look at My Life Tour will span 64 arena dates across North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe beginning in December 2026 and continuing through May 2027.
