Hilary Duff has officially stepped back onto the stage. On January 19, the pop icon launched her long-awaited Small Rooms, Big Nerves Tour with an intimate opening night at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, marking her first headlining concert series in nearly 18 years.
