Nicki Minaj is once again stirring conversation online — this time not over lyrics or rivalries, but her legacy. The rap icon took to X (formerly Twitter) to ask her fans a simple but loaded question: “Which one is your fave album?

The poll included four of her most celebrated records — Pink Friday, The Pinkprint, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, and Pink Friday 2 — inviting fans to crown the definitive Nicki Minaj classic. After thousands of votes poured in, the results showed a clear favorite: The Pinkprint, which topped the poll with 42% of the votes.

Coming in second was her debut Pink Friday at 32%, a testament to the enduring impact of the 2010 project that introduced Minaj to the world. Pink Friday 2, her long-awaited sequel released in December 2023, landed third with 15%, while Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, her experimental 2012 album blending pop and rap, rounded out the list with 11%.

The fan-driven conversation comes amid renewed public attention surrounding Minaj, who has been active on social media in recent weeks following her commentary on Taylor Swift’s new album, The Life of a Showgirl, and ongoing tension with Cardi B.

Since debuting over a decade ago, Nicki Minaj has built one of the most consistent and influential discographies in hip-hop and pop. The Pinkprint was released in 2014 and departed from the dance-pop era of Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. It debuted and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 244,000 units, and received a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album. The LP spawned some of Nicki’s biggest hits, including “Anaconda” and “Pills n Potions.”

The renewed interest in her catalog also comes at a time when Minaj continues to expand her empire. She recently hinted at new music on the way, writing to fans that she’s been in “creative mode again,” sparking speculation about a fresh new project.
