Normani and Peso Pluma are set to headline a completely free Los Angeles event this weekend. Shoe Palace has announced that the two artists will perform during its “CITY OF ANGELS” showcase. This is a free, multi-day pop-up experience arriving in downtown LA during NBA All-Star Weekend.
The event runs from February 13 to February 15, 2026, at the Shoe Palace flagship store in the city’s Fashion District. Presented as Shoe Palace Presents: City of Angels Powered by adidas, the activation blends live music, sneaker culture, and limited retail drops. Additionally, it offers fashion-forward experiences into a single weekend designed to capture the pulse of the city.
Saturday, February 14, is positioned as the centerpiece of the weekend. Normani will make her return to the stage. Meanwhile, Peso Pluma headlines the opening night on Friday, February 13. This comes just weeks ahead of the launch of his Dinastía Tour.
The closing day on Sunday, February 15, shifts toward a block-party atmosphere. Hosted by Everyday People, the finale features a diverse lineup including Shoreline Mafia, Tokischa, Busta Rhymes, OT Genasis, and Xzibit.
Although the event is free, attendance is not guaranteed without advance registration. Entry requires an RSVP through Eventbrite, with tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis.
