Olivia Rodrigo continues to dominate Spotify’s global rankings. Her third studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, has secured a sixth consecutive week at No. 1 on the Weekly Top Albums Chart, reinforcing its status as one of 2026’s biggest streaming successes.
The sustained performance highlights the remarkable longevity of the new album, which has remained the most-streamed album on Spotify worldwide since its release on June 13. Six weeks into its chart run, Olivia Rodrigo continues to outperform a competitive field while maintaining strong engagement across both album and individual song rankings.
Her momentum is equally evident on Spotify’s Weekly Songs Chart. Rodrigo places three tracks inside the global Top 20, led by “The Cure” at No. 10 with 20.3 million streams. Close behind, “Stupid Song” lands at No. 11 with 20.2 million streams, while “Drop Dead” rounds out the trio at No. 14 after collecting 19.5 million streams during the tracking week.

That figure surpassed the 370.5 million first-week streams generated by SOUR in 2021, giving Rodrigo the biggest streaming debut of her career. Elsewhere on this week’s global rankings, Shakira and Burna Boy continue their impressive run atop the Weekly Songs Chart. Their collaboration “Dai Dai” remains at No. 1 for a third consecutive week after earning more than 40 million streams worldwide. The World Cup anthem has now spent 20 days atop Spotify’s Daily Global Songs chart, benefiting from continued international attention surrounding the tournament.
BTS also enjoyed a notable resurgence as “Normal” re-entered the Weekly Global Songs Chart at No. 24 following the release of its official music video and renewed promotion as a single from the group’s record-breaking album ARIRANG. Meanwhile, Spanish pop star Aitana claims the week’s highest new entry, with “SUPERESTRELLA” debuting at No. 72.
On the albums chart, Gracie Abrams delivers the strongest debut of the week. Her newly released third studio album, Daughter From Hell, enters at No. 5, making it the second most-streamed female album globally during the week ending July 23.
