Olivia Rodrigo has reached another historic Billboard milestone as every track from her third studio album you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love simultaneously charts on the Billboard Hot 100 for a third consecutive week. The achievement places her alongside Taylor Swift as one of the only female artists in history to accomplish the feat with multiple albums.
With this week’s Hot 100 update, Rodrigo becomes the second female artist ever to have multiple albums send every song to the chart at the same time. Her latest accomplishment follows SOUR in 2021.
Swift remains the only female artist to achieve the milestone with three different albums: Midnights, The Tortured Poets Department, and The Life of a Showgirl. Beyond the female category, Billie Eilish also reached the feat with her 2024 album Hit Me Hard and Soft, making Rodrigo’s achievement part of a very exclusive group in Billboard Hot 100 history.
This week, Rodrigo continues to dominate the chart with three songs inside the Billboard Hot 100 top 20. “Drop Dead” sits at No. 9, “Stupid Song” ranks at No. 11, and “The Cure” lands at No. 18, extending the album’s strong commercial run after its record-setting debut.
The accomplishment arrives only weeks after Rodrigo made history with the release of you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 485,000 equivalent album units earned in its opening week, marking the biggest debut of her career and the largest opening week of 2026 for a solo artist. The figure also gave Rodrigo the biggest first-week total by a female artist this year.
The album has now spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, continuing Rodrigo’s streak of major chart breakthroughs. In late June, she became the first artist in history to see their first three lead singles and first three studio albums debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s flagship charts.
Rodrigo’s streak began in 2021 with “drivers license,” which opened at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 before SOUR also debuted atop the Billboard 200. She repeated the feat in 2023 with “vampire” and GUTS, and continued the pattern in 2026 with “Drop Dead” and you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love.
“Drop Dead” arrived at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in April after being released as the album’s lead single, becoming Rodrigo’s fourth career chart-topper. The song followed the same path as “drivers license” and “vampire,” with all three opening directly at the summit.
