The tension between Rick Ross and Drake just escalated. Hours after Drake premiered new music during his ICEMAN Episode 3 livestream on YouTube, Ross posted a video taking direct aim at the Toronto rapper’s freshly teased tracks.

“Damn Champagne Papi, they say them songs that you just streamed off your new project White Man, they say that sh*t ain’t dope…” Ross said in the clip.
The comments come at a pivotal moment for Drake, who has been rolling out music through his ICEMAN series since July. Episode 3, which streamed on September 4, featured multiple unreleased songs: “Somebody Loves Me Pt. 2” (a Cash Cobain remix of $ome $exy $ongs 4 U’s “Somebody Loves Me”), a collab with Yeat rumored to be called “Dog House,” and a new track fans are calling “That’s Just How I Feel.” Of these, only “Somebody Loves Me Pt. 2” has been officially released.
Ross’s jab adds a new layer to his ongoing friction with Drake. The pair, once frequent collaborators, have seen their relationship sour in recent years. Ross has openly criticized Drake in interviews and social posts, while Drake has responded with veiled shots in his music.
