Taylor Swift wasted no time basking in her Grammy win before returning to the stage. The Asian leg of her record-breaking The Eras Tour has just kicked off, with the singer currently performing at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo. In between songs, the Grammy-winning star has been making some revelations, including why she releases albums so frequently. “Everyone’s like, ‘Why do you make so many albums?’” she said. “I’m like, ‘Man, because I love it! I love it so much!’” And we love it too!

Just last Sunday (Feb. 4), Taylor graced the GRAMMYs stage to accept her fourth Album of the Year award, making history as the first artist to win the prestigious award so many times. During her acceptance speech, she stunned everyone by announcing her eleventh studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department.” At The Eras Tour in Tokyo, the pop superstar also revealed that she began working on this new project shortly after the release of “Midnights.” “I’ve been working on it for about 2 years, and I kept working on it throughout the US tour,” she disclosed. Originally planning to make the announcement at her Tokyo show, winning the Grammy changed her plans: “If I’m lucky enough to win anything tonight, I’m just gonna do it. I’m just gonna announce it.”
Taylor is now fully focused on the tour. Over the next three days, she will be performing at the Tokyo Dome, and the following week she will kick off the Australian leg of The Eras Tour, which includes seven shows between Melbourne and Sydney.
