XG has canceled two upcoming dates on its WORLD TOUR: THE CORE, with the group no longer set to perform in Dallas and Mexico City this November. The cancellations affect the November 17 show at Dallas and the November 22 concert in Mexico City, with organizers citing “unforeseen circumstances” and confirming that all tickets will be refunded.
In a notice addressed to ticket purchasers, the tour organizers said the two shows “have been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances” and apologized to fans who had been looking forward to seeing XG in person. Ticket holders are being directed to the platforms where they originally purchased their tickets for details about the refund process.

The Dallas concert, scheduled for November 17, was sold through Ticketmaster, while tickets for the November 22 Mexico City date were handled by Superboletos. No additional explanation was provided for the cancellations, and the announcement did not indicate whether the dates would be rescheduled.
The changes come as XG prepares to enter the North American and Latin American portion of THE CORE tour. The seven-member group is scheduled to begin that leg at Oakland Arena on November 3 before continuing through multiple cities, although the cancellations now shorten the previously announced run. The Mexico City performance had been scheduled as the final date of the North American and Latin American leg.
THE CORE is XG’s second world tour and supports the group’s debut studio album, THE CORE, which arrived January 23, 2026 through XGALX. The roughly 30-minute, 10-track project is performed in English and moves between dance-pop, R&B, hip-hop and house, with “Gala” and “4 Seasons” serving as pre-release singles before the album’s title track, “Hypnotize.” The closing track, “PS118,” completes the project’s tightly structured tracklist.
The album also marked a significant step for XG commercially, reaching the Billboard 200 as the group expanded its international audience. The tour followed with a major run through Japan, including multiple sold-out performances at venues such as K-Arena Yokohama, Osaka-Jo Hall and Yoyogi, before moving through Asia, Australia and Europe.
Despite the two cancellations, XG’s broader touring plans remain in place, including the rest of the announced North American and Latin American dates and planned 2027 dome shows in Tokyo and Osaka.
