Since its release, “¿Cómo Pasó?” has surpassed one billion combined streams and earned an RIAA Platinum certification, becoming one of the defining songs of Taubert’s career. The Joe Jonas version helped introduce the track to an even broader audience, pairing Spanish and English.

Their Miami reunion arrives as Taubert enters a new phase of her career. She has been rolling out new music through “La Gente Cambia,” “Hasta El Fin Del Mundo” and, most recently, “No Tengo Remedio.” On “No Tengo Remedio,” Ela Taubert turns unrequited love into a story about contradiction. She knows the other person may not feel the same way, yet she continues imagining the possibility of another chance.

The Jonas Brothers performance also adds to a year of major recognition for Taubert. She was selected for Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2026, marking her second recognition in the category this year after Vogue LATAM also highlighted her earlier in 2026.
