Xavi has officially released Dosis, his sophomore studio album, arrived on May 22 as the Mexican-American star’s most expansive and personal project to date. Across 19 tracks, the fast-rising artist pushes beyond the boundaries of música mexicana, delivering a genre-blending body of work.

The LP arrives with significant momentum behind it. Following the 2024 release of the global hit “La Diabla,” which has amassed more than 1 billion streams, Xavi established himself as one of the 10 most-streamed Mexican artists in the world. On Dosis, the fast-rising hitmaker doubles down on his emotionally direct songwriting while delivering a body of work deeply rooted in his bicultural identity.

At the center of the album is its title track, “Dosis,” a vulnerable reflection on emotional uncertainty and unresolved love. Built around the tension of trying to move forward while still holding onto the possibility of reconciliation, the song taps into the kind of emotional limbo that has become a defining thread in Xavi’s storytelling. That intimacy carries throughout the record, helping shape an album that feels both immediate and deeply personal.

Elsewhere, Dosis balances introspection with sonic ambition. Previously released tracks including “En Privado,” “No Capea,” “Cartier,” and “San Charly” return alongside fresh material that stretches across música mexicana, cumbia norteña, bachata, and contemporary Latin pop textures. The project also features collaborations with Manuel Turizo, Fuerza Regida, Neton Vega, and Codiciado.

One of the album’s most notable moments arrives with “Find Us Again,” Xavi’s first fully English-language release. Rather than feeling like a stylistic pivot, the track lands as a natural extension of the dual cultural perspective that has shaped his catalog from the beginning.

The arrival of Dosis follows a breakthrough year on the road. After selling out his X Tour across the United States in 2025, Xavi has carried that momentum into Mexico, where recent performances in Monterrey and Guadalajara drew massive crowds.

Next up, he’ll bring that momentum to one of his biggest stages yet. On May 29, Xavi is set to perform at Rose Bowl Stadium as part of MexTour Live, the official celebration and send-off for the Mexican National Soccer Team ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Xavi’s new album Dosis is out now on all streaming platforms.
