It’s time to refresh your playlist with some exciting new releases!
April 2025 opens on a high note. Miley Cyrus leads the first New Music Friday of the month with her new single, “End of the World,” the lead track from her upcoming ninth studio album, Something Beautiful, set for release on May 30. The LP will be Miley’s first visual album, focusing on the theme of healing. This new song follows two other singles she released earlier this week: “Prelude” and “Something Beautiful.”
Ed Sheeran also kicks off a new era with “Azizam,” his first song since Autumn Variations (2023). “Azizam” serves as the lead single from his upcoming album, Play, whose release date remains under wraps. In a recent Tonight Show appearance, Ed revealed he had planned to release 10 albums since he was 18, with Play marking the start of this new series.
In a surprise move, Kanye West is dropping his new album WW3 tonight. The project features eleven tracks, with rapper Dave Blunts as the only guest. One song, “Bianca,” appears to hint at his breakup with wife Bianca Censori.
