Cardi B is bringing her signature humor to Old Navy’s latest campaign. The rapper stars in the brand’s Fall 2026 denim advertisement, joking about the challenges of finding jeans after cosmetic enhancement while promoting the retailer’s inclusive sizing and wide range of denim fits.
The 78-second commercial, blends cinematic visuals with Cardi’s comedic delivery as she models relaxed silhouettes including wide-leg and barrel-leg jeans across stylized desert highways, retro diners and vintage convertible scenes.
Reposting the video, Cardi addresses a topic she has discussed openly for years. “When you have a BBL it’s hard to find jeans… but Old Navy got everything for everybody!” she says, using the joke to emphasize the collection’s ability to accommodate different body types.
The partnership also aligns with Cardi’s long-standing transparency about her cosmetic procedures. Unlike a traditional Brazilian Butt Lift, the Grammy winner has explained that she received illegal biopolymer injections around 2014, a decision she has repeatedly warned others against. In August 2022, she underwent surgery to remove approximately 95 percent of the material before having another reduction procedure in January 2024, describing the recovery as physically demanding and lasting about three months.
Since then, Cardi has frequently addressed questions about her appearance during Instagram Live sessions and interviews, making clear that she is satisfied with her current body and has no plans for additional procedures despite ongoing public commentary. She has also encouraged fans to carefully consider the risks associated with cosmetic enhancements, particularly unregulated injections.
The Old Navy campaign arrives during another successful chapter for the rapper. Just days ago, “WAP,” her blockbuster collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion, earned a Diamond certification from the RIAA, giving Cardi B a record-extending fourth Diamond single—the most of any female rapper.
