Ariana Grande has broken her silence on the ongoing ticket chaos surrounding her Eternal Sunshine Tour, addressing fans directly after widespread frustration over resellers dominating the market.
In an Instagram Story, the pop superstar reassured fans that she and her team are actively working on solutions to the problem.
“Hi my angels, I have been on set all week but I wanted to let you know that what’s been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention and of course I am incredibly bothered by it. I’ve been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution. I hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. It’s not right. I just wanted you to know that my team and I see it and that I care very much and we will do, and are doing everything we can. I love you all so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Earlier this week, tickets for the North American leg of the Eternal Sunshine Tour sold out within minutes, leaving millions of fans empty-handed. Ticketmaster queues stretched into the millions during both presale and general sale, with some users reporting that seats disappeared before they could even check out.
While Ariana quickly added nine extra shows in major cities like Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Boston, and Chicago, demand still far outstripped supply. Within hours, listings for resale tickets began appearing online at massively inflated prices—some exceeding ten times face value.
Ariana Grande’s return marks her first world tour in seven years, following 2019’s record-breaking Sweetener World Tour. The new trek supports her chart-topping album Eternal Sunshine and its deluxe edition Brighter Days Ahead, both of which debuted at No. 1.
The tour kicks off June 6, 2026, in Oakland, before multiple-night residencies in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Boston. Internationally, Grande will headline five nights at London’s O2 Arena in August—solidifying her status as one of pop’s most in-demand live performers.
