Fans have spoken. Becky G’s long-awaited single “Hablamos Mañana” has been crowned the Best New Release of the Week, topping InMusic’s weekly poll on X with a commanding 43% of the vote.

Released on December 12, “Hablamos Mañana” finally received an official drop after living in fan spaces since Becky G’s Esquemas era. The upbeat reggaeton cut, produced by Di Genius with writing contributions from Elena Rose, embraces playful sensuality and emotional spontaneity. Its central message is simple and relatable: choosing intimacy in the moment and leaving difficult conversations for another day.

Finishing second in the poll was 21 Savage’s What Happened to the Streets?, which earned 33% of the vote. The rapper’s fourth studio album arrived the same day as Becky’s single and delivered a dark, atmospheric listen rooted in trap traditions. Packed with features from Drake, Lil Baby, Latto, and GloRilla, the project reflects on survival, loss, and street realities.

Nas and DJ Premier’s Light-Years placed third with 14%, marking a historic moment for hip-hop purists. The fully produced collaboration, long teased and finally realized, serves as a love letter to ’90s New York rap.

Rounding out the list, FLO’s Access All Areas: Unlocked captured 10% of the vote. The deluxe reissue expanded the British trio’s debut album with bonus tracks and high-profile remixes, celebrating their growing role in modern R&B’s girl-group revival.
