Hayley Williams is preparing to return to the stage with a message that is as direct as it is uncompromising. In a new interview with Clash Magazine, the Paramore frontwoman made her stance clear ahead of her upcoming solo trek, the Hayley Williams at a Bachelorette Party Tour. While she has long embraced the idea that everyone should feel welcome at her concerts, she emphasized that this openness does not extend to racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind. “I’ve always said, all are welcome at our shows. But I don’t want racists around, and I don’t want sexist people around, and I don’t want people there who think that trans people are a burden. I think that’s a hard line for me now,” Williams stated.
Her comments arrive at a pivotal moment, as she prepares for her first extensive solo tour in four years. The tour will open on March 28, 2026, in Atlanta before moving through major North American cities and continuing into Europe for a summer run that concludes on June 29 in Dublin. The shows will spotlight her latest project, Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, released August 29 via her independent label Post Atlantic and distributed through Secretly Distribution. The album is among her most ambitious works to date—an 18-track collection built around emotional tension, self-reflection, and experimental pop textures. Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party opened at No. 12 on the Billboard 200 and entered the top 10 on the UK Albums Chart.
