The announcement continues Perry’s deep connection with Mexico, a market that played a central role in her massively successful Lifetimes Tour. The global trek launched on April 23, 2025, at Arena CDMX in Mexico City and wrapped on December 7 at Etihad Park in Abu Dhabi, spanning 91 dates across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Supporting her seventh studio album 143, the run sold 1.05 million tickets and grossed more than $134 million, becoming the second-highest-grossing tour of her career behind the Prismatic World Tour.

Her return also arrives during a particularly high-profile moment for the singer’s live performance calendar. Perry is set to headline the opening ceremony celebrations for the FIFA World Cup 2026 on June 12 at Los Angeles Stadium, sharing the bill with LISA, Tyla, Future, Anitta, and Rema in what FIFA has described as a “landmark celebration across North America.” Scheduled to begin 90 minutes before kickoff, the event is expected to reach one of the largest global audiences of her career.

September will bring another major stage. Perry has already been confirmed as the headliner for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2026 post-race concert on September 25, performing at Baku City Circuit as part of the race’s 10th anniversary festivities. The booking extends her long-running relationship with Formula 1 after previous appearances at the Singapore Grand Prix in 2012 and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in 2025.

Meanwhile, fans will get another chance to revisit the Lifetimes era when The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris premieres on June 8, 2026, at the Tribeca Festival. Filmed during her sold-out November shows at Paris’ Accor Arena, the concert film captures a tour cycle that reaffirmed Perry’s stadium-scale appeal nearly two decades into her career.
