Katy Perry is gearing up for her long-awaited return in less than a month. Her new single, “Woman’s World,” drops on July 11th and will serve as the lead single from her upcoming new album. Currently in Paris, France, for Paris Fashion Week, she walked the runway during Vogue World: Paris a few days ago. This morning, some fans met her on the streets and had the chance to spend a few minutes with her. After taking selfies and signing autographs, the “Roar” singer revealed her plans to tour: “I’m coming back on tour,” she stated. At this point, fans were eager to know more details. “When do we need to save money, girl?” one asked. However, Katy didn’t provide further details, responding, “I’m sorry.”

The 39-year-old singer hasn’t toured globally since Witness: The Tour, which concluded in August 2018. Since then, she held a concert residency, Play, in Las Vegas between December 2021 and November 2023, totaling 80 shows.
Obviously, there’s a long way ahead before the tour begins. As mentioned, “Woman’s World” will lead her upcoming sixth studio album, expected before the end of the year. After announcing the song, Katy shared a snippet, unveiling the lyrics: “Sexy, confident / So intelligent / She is heaven-sent / So soft, so strong.” Additionally, during Paris Fashion Week, she wore a long red dress featuring the song’s lyrics.
