Chris Brown and Usher are officially joining forces for a major stadium run. Announced April 10, 2026, the pair revealed plans for a joint “R&B Tour,” signaling one of the biggest co-headlining events in the genre in recent years.

The announcement arrived via coordinated social media posts, anchored by a cinematic teaser. In the clip, both artists ride motorcycles through an underground garage before stepping into an elevator and pressing a button labeled “stadium,” a visual cue pointing to the scale of the upcoming shows. While dates and cities remain under wraps, the rollout confirms a full stadium tour slated for later this year.

The title carries a dual meaning. “R&B Tour” references the genre both artists helped shape over the past two decades, while also nodding to their names—Raymond, Usher’s middle name, and Brown.

Momentum has been building toward this moment. The two last shared a stage in October 2025 during the Atlanta stop of Brown’s Breezy Bowl XX Stadium World Tour, where Usher appeared as a surprise guest. Fan response to that performance quickly sparked speculation about a larger collaboration, which now materializes into a full-scale tour.

Each artist enters the run following significant solo success. Brown’s Breezy Bowl XX tour grossed $295.5 million and sold 1.98 million tickets across 49 shows, according to Billboard Boxscore, marking the highest-grossing tour of his career. Usher, meanwhile, closed his Past Present and Future tour in May 2025 after expanding the run from an initial 24 dates to 58 due to demand, following a high-profile stretch that included his Super Bowl LVIII halftime performance and Las Vegas residencies at Caesars Palace and Park MGM.
